Transitioning from the VI-SPDAT Lessons Learned

This project brought together the latest research around the country around best practices for continuums of care (CoCs) wishing to transition away from using The Vulnerability Index-Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (VI-SPDAT). The reports in this entry outline alternative framings to measure both vulnerability and acuity, and the power of adding a trauma-informed care approach to survey administration.
