追加情報	One of the goals of the Gazarian Real Estate Center is to promote the advancement of real estate research. They conduct and support both academic and industry research with grants for Fresno State faculty interested in real estate topics. Every Spring the Gazarian Real Estate Center conducts a survey of real estate professionals in order to measure their current sentiment in the real estate market and their projected sentiment for the next 6 months. The answers are then formulated into an index number for different real estate industry markets. All sentiment index years have the following information: Primary Fresno Real Estate Activity, Primary Market Affiliation, Estimate of the current & 6 month projected cycle stages for Fresno Real Estate Market segments, Present and 6 Month Projected Sentiment Indices, Best Investment Potential for property types, Lease or Ownership Space, Real Estate Space Usage Changes, Expectation of Residential Mortgage Interest.
